Our consultancy services help organisations solve challenges, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance. We use our skills to provide objective advice and expertise and help an organisation to develop any specialist skills that may be required for improvement.

 

The process can be broken down into three phases:

 

The Mindset phase

We take the time to learn as much as possible about the business, from the owner and employees. This can include touring your building, meeting with the board of directors and employees, analysing the finances, assessing current brand values, gaining an understanding of customers, market segments, competitor landscape and reading all company materials.

The Strategy Development phase

We identify where change is required. This includes identifying strengths and weaknesses, as well as current and foreseeable issues. These can include problems already seen by ownership and management as well as new problems highlighted by our external objectivity. We will also identify opportunities to grow business, increase profits, and boost efficiency.

 

We will bring an objective, pragmatic and fresh viewpoint, as often our clients are very often 'too deep in the woods to see the trees.' We seek feedback and opinions at each step and revise any plans where necessary.

 

The Action Phase

Once we agree on a plan, we will enter the third phase of consulting, which is the Action Phase where plans are implemented. At this point, we aim to build on assets whilst monitoring progress and adjusting as required.
